The Cryofuge 6000i and 8500i are low speed centrifuges ideally suited for
use in blood banks, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industry where large
volumes are centrifuged at high speeds and constant temperatures. Each offer
optimized technology for all low speed centrifugation applications.
the Heraeus Cryofuge 8500i offers a top speed of 5050 rpm (8525 x g) but a noise level under 58 dBA provides the lab with a more comfortable working environment. The main control functions are conveniently arranged for easy access and the Cryofuge is equipped with 33 centrifuge programs for routine applications. Speed is controlled digitally with automatic RCF adjustments. Centrifuges can also be connected to a computer for data recording via a serial interface.
